- Confirm the preview builds https://t.me/yourname and no validation message appears.

What gets encoded
The encoded payload is https://t.me/<username>, Telegram's official public link format. With the Telegram app installed, most phones hand the link straight to the app, which opens the chat, bot or channel with a Join or Start button. Without the app, t.me shows a web preview page with a download prompt. The same format covers users, bots, public groups and channels, because Telegram resolves the username itself. Private invite links (t.me/+...) aren't usernames, so they belong in the URL generator.

Tips before you print
- Claim the username before printing. If you change it later, the printed code points to whoever takes the old name next.

- Channel and group usernames follow the same 5–32 character rule, so a name that fails here won't exist on Telegram either.
