Who we are
QRPebble is operated by Appvolt (앱볼트), a business registered in the Republic of Korea (representative: Jonghyun Kim; business registration no. 793-33-01389; mail-order business registration no. 2026-서울강동-1476; address: 2F #201, 74 Gucheonmyeon-ro 68-gil, Gangdong-gu, Seoul 05307, Republic of Korea; phone: +82-10-2521-9921; email: [email protected]). "We" and "us" in these terms mean Appvolt (앱볼트).
The service
QRPebble lets you create static QR codes and barcodes for free and dynamic QR codes under the plans shown on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
Do not use QRPebble to link to malware, phishing, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights. We may disable dynamic codes that violate this and will tell you why.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments, taxes and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. (Polar), which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Polar processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax and VAT. Refund requests made within 14 days of your first payment are honored; send them to [email protected] or reply to your Polar receipt, and the refund is issued by Polar to the original payment method.
Dynamic codes after cancellation
When a subscription ends, your dynamic codes keep redirecting to their last destination. Codes above the Free plan limit become read-only. If you delete a code, printed copies stop working.
Barcodes
Retail barcodes (EAN, UPC, ITF-14) require numbers licensed from GS1 for use in stores. QRPebble renders the numbers you provide and does not issue GS1 numbers.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it as is. Always test codes before printing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms and will email account holders about material changes.
