How to make it
- Type the Phone number, ideally in international format beginning with + and the country code.

What gets encoded
The payload is a tel: URI such as tel:+14155550123, as defined in RFC 3966. iPhone and Android cameras recognise tel: links and show a prompt to call; nothing dials without the user confirming. Formatting characters are removed, so the code holds only digits and an optional leading plus. Without the country code, the number is dialled as a local number wherever the scanner happens to be, which can fail for visitors from abroad.
